Relative Property or RL Property Bali was founded in 2020. The company then grows in 2022 and has its official PT in 2023. RL Property Bali now has over 20 properties partners, some for long-term rental or leasehold and some for short-term rental.

Ria Latief – GM
After graduating with a degree in English Literature in 2018, Ria began her professional journey in Bali’s hospitality industry. She gained valuable experience as a villa manager before expanding her expertise by partnering with villa owners to market and manage their properties.
Over time, her growing interest in real estate led her to fully immerse herself in the property sector, with a particular focus on construction and development projects. Combining her strong people skills with a passion for design, Ria enjoys creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces, from villas and offices to retail establishments.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through regular exercise and spending time by the ocean, often taking long walks on Bali’s beautiful beaches.
Abdul Wahab – Commissioner & Finance
In addition to being a commissioner, he is also the finance officer. With meticulous spreadsheets, a compass, and financial forecasts etched in his mind, Wahab navigates the ever-changing financial ups and downs of PT RL Property Bali with the composure of a seasoned captain. As the company’s financial controller, his keen eye analyzes the numbers, his keen mind deciphers trends, and his steady hand ensures every dollar sails in the right direction. Vita Jayanti – MarCom
